15-month update

Wow, I think this is the longest that I've gone without blogging. Darn it! We've been busy around here, but that will be the next post.

Luke is already 16 months old but it was my intent to do a 15-month update so I'm going to rewind about a month so that we can always remember what was "new".

15 months!

Food

Likes- green beans, carrots, any fruit but especially bananas, kiwis and usually strawberries and blueberries, chicken, mac and cheese (by far #1), Gerber "discs" as we call them, cheese, pickles
Dislikes- apples, muffins, chocolate milk (we tried some kind of pedialite stuff when he was sick), beets

Activities
Climbing on the couch. Being thrown into pillows. Running everywhere. Reading (finally!) Throwing a ball. Stacking a couple of blocks/leggos. Putting the circle through the hole (we're working on the other shapes). Slides (head first, climbing, going down). Peek-a-boo. Playing with Bama. Waving to her in the morning as we walk down the stairs. Waving hi and bye (consistently now). Buttons, buttons, buttons. Digging in drawers. Opening and closing doors. Going "splish-splash". Going on walks. Magnets. Swinging.

Personality
Such a lover and snuggler. Liking to be held. Shy around people he doesn't know (especially kiddos, but after a warm up time it's all play!). Giving kisses and his version of a hug, especially to puppies. Although it's without "words"- speaking his mind! Milk, down, up, mine, etc. First tantrum- Leaving the library. It lasted the whole walk home. Yikes! Inconsistently willing to sit in a high chair (not sure why with this one). Giggling machine. Quite the flirt.
